Calcamo can be used to simulate loans, from the most simple to the most complicated.
Basic calculations
Perform quick calculations
The most frequently used loan calculations are grouped under the Quick Calculations menu: payment amount, borrowing capacity, annual interest rate, and loan duration.
Advanced use
Enter the terms of the loans you wish to simulate.
Click on the image to the left, or, in the menu to the right, under the New Simulation menu, click on the type of loan you wish to simulate.
Every new loan you enter will be added to the list under Your Account.
Simulate changes with time
Once you have entered the terms for the loan, you may simulate various transactions through the Operations menu, such as an early repayment or a deferred payment.
Under the Payment Schedule menu, you can generate an amortization schedule in several forms.
Change loans
You can easily change the loan by selecting it under the Your Account menu on the right.
You can also compare two groups of loans, or generate an overview of several loans.
When you are ready to quit, you can save all your simulations in our database, and access them again later.
